Meet Storm!

Storm is a 10 year old white and liver male German Shorthaired Pointer. He is as sweet as he is handsome, and has become a volunteer favorite.Storm was found as a stray, and taken to the local shelter. Apparently, this wasn't the first time that he showed up at the shelter. The first time, his owners claimed him, and took him back home, but this time, they didn't want him back and they ended up surrendering him to the shelter.Storm was made available to the public. When he wasn't adopted, he was made available to rescue. Suspecting he wouldn't be adopted because very few adult (and older) dogs are adopted from shelters, tentative plans has already been made to have Volunteer Lisa pick him up. While it is disheartening, Storm sat in the shelter after his owner didn't want him anymore, but his life changed forever when he was rescued by California GSP Rescue.Storm is a stunning and very sweet and affectionate GSP with beautiful dreamy eyes.  He enjoys being with people, and loves giving and getting attention. He has done well with other dogs, both male and female. He is still pretty spry, loves his walks, and is very good on a leash. He likes to explore, and play in the field, and appears to love water!
