Meet Ottis Jr, a 7-month-old solid white and black roan male German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) pup. Like all other GSP pups, he will need hours of exercise and training over the next several years, but that small investment will reap years of fun and heartwarming moments. 

Ottis spends his days playing with the other pups. While he plays well, he can be the older brother who sometimes plays roughly. However, he quickly responds to corrections or redirection until the energy level has subsided. 

That adorable face will last years, but Ottis's cute, awkward body will soon be full-grown. Setting him up for success with proper training is essential. Dedicating a block of time each day and integrating the training into his daily activities will result in a well-behaved, responsive adult GSP that will turn heads.

Cats: Trainable

Kids: Good with properly trained and well behaved kids

Ottis Jr is not a puppy you will be able to put in a yard of any size and expect him to exercise and train himself. He wants to be with people, and the person who adopts him will need to be committed to seeing he is exercised and trained daily.
