Cash

Cash is a 9 year old male GSP Mix. While Cash is on the smaller side, his heart is huge making him quite an incredible companion. Unfortunately, Cash was surrendered to us by his owner who had him his whole life. It was a very difficult decision, but they were no longer able to give Cash the attention he needed, and felt it was best to reach out to us to see if we could help Cash find a loving home with someone who could provide him with an abundance of love, exercise, and the space he needs.

Cash is house trained and crate trained, walks great on a leash, and he does well with other dogs. He is very smart, and knows quite a few commands such as “Stay”, “Sit”, “Here”, “Stay Close”, “Too Far”, “Kennel”, “Load Up”, and “Wait”. To tell you just how smart and trainable Cash is, he took 1st place in our recent Super Dog Training Contest at our recent Splish Splash Waterpark Event!

Cash does have some separation anxiety, but it isn’t severe, and can be managed if done properly. He absolutely adores his people, and you will be amazed at how affectionate he is.

Cash loves to hunt lizards, and play with toys. He can jump a 6’ fence, so a secure yard is a must. This could have been a result of not getting enough exercise and attention. This boy is 9, but still acts like a puppy, however he is more mellow than a young GSP, and just as cute!
