National Dog Day - August 26th

National Dog Day is today! Started in 2004 by Colleen Paige to not only help raise awareness of the number of dogs needing rescue, but to celebrate and acknowledge family and service dogs. This is a day to spend a little extra time with the dog in your life letting them know how special they are to you.
