Meet Flash!

Flash is an 18 month old German Shorthaired Pointer.  He gets along great with other dogs and loves people.  He loves to play fetch and is not at all hindered by the fact he only has three legs.  He has a petite frame, and has a wonderful personality.He hasn't had much leash training, but is just happy to go for a walk and if you stop and call him, he will run back to you for hugs and kisses.We think he may have been an outdoor dog, so we are not sure if he is house trained, but with proper training, this can be corrected, as ultimately we want him to be able to be an indoor dog as part of a family.After having Flash examined, Dr Kang recommended removing the external leg as well as the portion of the leg that appeared to have grown inside the body. Later Dr Kang would learn that Flash had two right limbs, one that had grown on the outside of his body and the other that had grown internally. We are looking to raise just over nine hundred dollars to pay for Flash's surgery.
