In Loving Memory Of Beau

Beau

Beau, a beautiful English Pointer who entered our program at 7 years old has sadly passed away.

Beau came to the rescue when his family no longer had the time to give him, or were able to manage his medical needs. We knew would be able to place Beau with a family, we just had to wait for the right one.

Danielle and her family were repeat adopters, and saw Beau on our website and inquired about him. As things are meant to be, it turns out they were the one’s who would commit to Beau’s needs, and love him unconditionally.

While it saddens us to learn Beau passed, our hearts are filled with a warm joy knowing Beau lived his last six years loved and cared for.

"When my family and I met Beau 6 years ago we had no idea how much this 9-year-old white English Pointer would impact our lives. He had been relinquished to the rescue a long time before that, and due to his medical condition on addison's, he was just a pup nobody wanted to take on. Until we met him. We knew instantly that he belonged with us. The daily pills and monthly shots were a small inconvenience for all the love, joy, and fun that Beau blessed us with. He taught us about unconditional love, kindness and to never judge a book by its cover. Beau loved every person, every dog and truly lived life to the fullest. A piece of our hearts left with him as he crossed the rainbow bridge on June 28th. There will never be another dog like him. We love you and will forever miss you our sweet "Beau-Nana".

a life without one
is a life diminished.”
