Henry is Adopted!

Drew, Shannon and their dog Starbucks came to the rescue for an educational visit. They had previously met one GSP but did not have a lot of experience with the breed.  They were looking for a GSP between 0-3.  Starbucks gets along with all dogs and people and they wanted a companion for him when they are away at work.  They met the various ages and activity levels of the GSP's and felt the younger dogs were a bit more energy than they wanted.  They also happened to meet Henry and were drawn to his confident, good nature, his cat-friendliness, as well as his very happy expressive tail.They planned to talk about if for a few days and come back about a week later if they felt Henry was a fit.  However, on their two hour drive home decided they wanted to come back the next day to pick up Henry.  Henry is now happily living with Starbucks, Drew and Shannon.  He has been renamed to Remmington (aka Remm) and is going on five mile hikes with Starbucks, and spending Fridays with Grandpa...sometimes ending the day with a sleepover.  Sounds like he is living a very spoiled life.  You can see what a perfect genteman Remmington is in their adoption photo and what a fun sense of humor Drew and Starbucks have.
