Harvey foster journal: 1st week

Harvey was rescued from a shelter in Southern California and while at the shelter he had surgery to remove a foxtail from his chest. A short time after being rescued, the area around the sutures didn't heal, and an appointment was made for him to see our Vet, Dr Kang. Dr Kang recommended that he finish his course of antibiotics prior to coming in. During that time, we brought Harvey home to foster and were amazed at how quickly he settled in. He found an empty dog bed and just hung out with the rest of the dogs. The photo is how you are most likely to find Harvey if you walk in the room during the day. Of course, he likes going out and laying in the sun too but being all liver, he enjoys the cool indoors.
