Birdie found her right home

Birdie recently went home with Linda, her husband and their four children.  Linda reports that "we are all smitten by Birdie's love and affection and things are going great. We had our first health checkup and we received a 100% wellness score.  She is right at 39lbs with a hearty appetite since she speed walks or runs for two hours a day. She plays great with other NICE dogs but does not back down at all with bad ones. She is petite but not wimpy at all.I feel that trust is growing each day and she accepts other people as long as I introduce her to them.My daughter Ally (pictured here with Birdie) frequently plays dress up with her and she is extremely patient."Linda also came by the rescue on a recent Saturday to get some pointers on Birdie and some of her leash walking skills.  It was great to see Birdie and how well she is doing as well as Linda.
