Star is Adopted!

Star has found her perfect family....and fate played its part in the process.  We had worked with Star's former owners to bring her into rescue; however, she ended up being found loose near a freeway by a good samaritan.  Luckily that good samaritan brought Star to a local vet who contacted us, along with one of our former adopters who happened to be at the vets with their adopted GSP Ben.These former adopters, Dick and Vicki, decided they would foster this sweet GSP for a period of time; however, their dog Ben decided that life was much sweeter with a friend than alone, so Star has now found her forever home with Dick, Vicki and GSP brother Ben.Dick and Vicki have brought rescue to their whole family.  Earlier this year Sophie was adopted by their daughter.  We are so thankful to be able to help their whole family find new four legged family members.
