Sam is safe!

Sam is safe! On Sunday Volunteer Sandy drove to a Southern California shelter to rescue Sam who had been turned in earlier in the week by his owners. The word is that the owners turned in Sam because he is gun shy and they had recently gotten a couple of other dogs that weren't . Sam's owners didn't want to be bothered with a gun shy dog while trying to train their new dogs to hunt. Fortunately for Sam, California GSP Rescue isn't concerned he's gun shy and will find him a forever home that isn't concerned either! A big thanks to Volunteer Sandy for taking the time to pick up and transport Sam to GSP Rescue.
