Roscoe is apartment trained!

From time to time we get emails asking if a certain dog is house trained. Sometimes we can answer this question and sometimes we do not know. However, with Roscoe, we know he is house trained as he lives in an apartment! His current family is moving out of the country and needs to find a home for Roscoe.
