Meet Duke Sr.!

Duke Sr. is an 11 years young German Shorthaired Pointer with the softest coat you have ever felt! He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is crate trained, house trained, and knows a few commands. Duke also has excellent recall - coming when the volunteers call him, even when he's out exploring! He's still quite the active boy, too, enjoying a good run through the field.Sadly, Duke was given up to a shelter when his owner passed away, but luckily he found his way to the rescue where he will be able to find his new and FOREVER home.Duke is very easy going, extremely smart, still very active, loves people, is well socialized with other dogs, and he would be an easy addition to any family.
