Foster is safe!

Foster was a stray that was held for a week in a Southern California kill shelter for his owners to claim him. After a week, he wasn't claimed and due to his shy nature was overlooked by potential adopters. CA GSP Rescue received a call yesterday morning asking us to assist as Foster's time was up. A few phone calls later and a plan was laid out to pull and transport. Late Friday afternoon, Foster was safe!
