Apollo is Adopted!

Danny contacted us after he had been a regular dog sitter for a friend of his that adopted a GSP from us a couple of years ago.  Danny was very impressed with Huck and the personality and energy of the breed, and waited until the time and conditions were right for him to bring a dog home.When Danny was ready, he was looking for an active dog that would do well with a cat, and the timing couldn't have been more perfect, as we had just the right match for him.  Apollo was the right age, he passed the cat test, and it just so happened that he was available.  When you know it's right, you just know, and Apollo was the only dog Danny wanted to meet.When Danny and Kathleen came out to the rescue to meet Apollo, it didn't take long for them to decide that he would be the perfect fit for their family and their active lifestyle.We have received some wonderful updates and photos of Apollo from Danny, that we will be sharing with you on our Facebook page.Thank you Danny and Kathleen for choosing to rescue a GSP in need of a loving home, and a special shout out to Huckleberry for showing Danny what an incredible breed this truly is.
