Kiki

Kiki is an adorable four-year-old liver and white female German Shorthaired Pointer with a docked tail. She was found as a stray and brought to the Animal Shelter, where she was held for the mandatory waiting period. Kiki had a large mass on her rear leg, which could be why her owner never came to claim her. Thankfully, California GSP Rescue rescued her, and Dr. Kang removed the benign mass.

Kiki is full of energy and loves to play. Her favorite activity is fetching toys; she'll even bring them to you for a game. One of our Volunteers nicknamed her "The Queen of Fetch" for her enthusiasm.

When it's time for her walk, Kiki gets so excited she gets the "zoomies." She loves to run and explore the outdoors but can pull on the leash at first. Once she settles down, she'll enjoy sniffing out any critters nearby.

Kiki is very affectionate and gentle when looking for pets. She has done well with other well-socialized dogs, but may whine for attention. She could be a great addition to a multi-dog household. If you're looking for an active and playful companion, Kiki may be the perfect fit for you.
