Nemo 8 yr old male. Adopted from the rescue almost 7 years ago. Family lost their home and downsized to an apartment that wouldn’t allow dogs. Because our adoption contract stipulates that the adopted dogs come back to the rescue in the event their adopting family is unable to care for them, we now have one amazing dog available for adoption. Nemo is dog friendly and will love to be around you when you are hanging out. He’ll lean up against your leg or burrow his head to tell you he would like pets. When he came into the rescue he was a little overweight but now has made a New Year’s Resolution to watch what he eats and get more exercise. So far he has been on several hikes and hasn’t slowed down. He is house trained and knows a few of the basic commands, “Come”, “Sit”, & “Stay”. It would be easy to teach him a few more. If you are interested in meeting a super easy GSP, you must meet Nemo.
