  1. Download the Adoption Application (PDF). You may fill out the application onscreen or print it out and complete it by hand.
  2. Once you have completed the application, print it out and either mail to: GSP Rescue, PO Box 974, Bonsall CA 92003-0974 or fax to: (760) 269-3136.

Once we receive your  application, please allow one week for us to contact you. If you have not been contacted within seven days of your application being faxed (ten days if application was mailed), or if you simply wish to find out the current status of your application, please contact us. Be sure to include your full name and the date you mailed or faxed your application.
